Kuro-RPG is always easy to read, well designed, and easy to navigate. Still going after 6 years, Kuro Chan has gone further than anyone with regards to Star Trek rank sets. He has gone so far, in fact, that nearly everyone gets their rank sets from him. It is updated very frequently, and is likely to continue for a long time to come. Two thumbs up, Kuro!
