• This site is not to be used in the distribution of illegal material, copyrighted material, pornography (of any age and type), business advertising, spam, phishing schemes and anything which falls under the "Totally inappropriate for this site" content. Kuro-RPG is a community of material created by the members for the public at large and will remain as such.
• Kuro-RPG reserves the right to remove any material which may be deemed offensive without warning.
• The opinions and comments expressed on this site are not endorsed or sponsored by Kuro-RPG as an entity. We do not attempt to moderate political views or opinions, but will take action when our membership is subject to inappropriate comments including spamming, flaming and hateful remarks.
• This site's services will not be used as a means to phish for email addresses for the intent of purpose of delivering unwanted spam and service to email accounts. Any account caught performing this will receive an immediate ban. This will not be tolerated, under any circumstances.
• Members who violate the terms of agreement may be issued warnings and have their accounts terminated without notice.
