"Posting Comments on Submission Pages"

Users who are logged onto the website are now able to post and rate submissions on the website. This is accessible in the "Viewing" page where you can physically see their rankset / flash movie / music / graphics / etc. Near the bottom is a Comments Box with a place where you can rate their submission (Default is 5), and post your comments. Ratings are kept private, but comments do include your website signature.

Conditions:

- Must be registered and logged on.
- Registered Users may only rate and review a submission once. This is to prevent artificially inflating / deflating a submission.

Awesome idea. Helps artist get feedback on their work even if the contributors are not part of the forum.
